Zeerak’s own words:

Born in Bangladesh, originally from India, my life is a magical blend of two cultures. I embody the richness and mystique of ancient wisdom and have learned to apply that in our fast paced western lifestyle. My continual quest for an enriching and meaningful life has lead me to discover several different spiritual paths in many different places such as India, the Peruvian Amazon, Europe, Far East and United States.

In my path to self discovery, I encountered some of the most amazing teachers. They all had one thing in common BEING vs. DOING. I learned that LIFE IS GOOD IN ANY CASE and my work is to cultivate my inner foundation. An inner foundation that is capable of moving through life effortlessly no matter how great or difficult things get. My desire to learn how to love others and myself from a place of great depth, taught me to open to the ebb and flow of my emotions and to accept what life has to offer in every moment with courage and wisdom.

In 1990, I was struck by a serious disease that shook me out of my roots. After two near death experiences and 20 days of coma, I began to look at my existence in a whole different light. I realized that it was only me who can truly heal myself and I must take responsibility for every thing that has come before me. Most of all, I learned to surrender and trust in the HIGHER STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS. My life has been a whirl wind of magic and mystery ever since!

In my Journey I also began to notice the suffering of others, how they are entrenched in the beliefs that do not serve their highest potential. The attachment to guilt, shame, blame, fear, and sexual suppression created havoc in their being. Today, I am deeply committed to helping others break through and liberate themselves. For the past seven years, my passion is to empower both men and women to reclaim their natural essence. In this quest to assist others, I created LIFE ENERGY PROCESS, whose goal is to give people a solid inner foundation and sexual liberation.

Zeerak Khan is a one woman power house with the down to earth practicality of how to have LIFE live through you. To know her is to be changed through her. She is a dynamic teacher who speaks all over the country on awakened sexuality and awakening ones true nature. Her experiential work shops teach people how to live fearlessly and engage in life with deep intimacy, body aliveness, passion, joy and presence. Zeerak also offers sessions for individuals and couples.
